What you'll do

• Direct daily restaurant operations and supervise hourly team members
• assist with sales initiatives and business goals
• support Front of House operations, health inspections, quality control, and food safety
• oversee food presentation
• resolve guest complaints
• coordinate building and equipment maintenance
• support scheduling, training, financial, HR, payroll, cash-handling, and cost-monitoring processes.
