What you'll do

• Support the Site Strategic Agenda and implementation of the Kerry Manufacturing Standard
• identify and execute initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, operating efficiency, people management, and materials control
• facilitate management teams involved in transformational projects
• support training and deployment of site programs, tools, techniques, and KPIs
• maintain awareness of improvement techniques
• use Kerry's root-cause and eight-step problem-solving methods.
