What you'll do

• Manage primary care physicians and nurse practitioners
• provide primary care to a small panel of 60–90 senior patients, many with 3–5 chronic diseases
• support value-based care
• participate in center medical director training covering clinical practice, operations, leadership, medical economics, financial performance, sales, and growth. Local and occasional regional travel may be required.

Why this role
