What you'll do

• Maintain patient confidentiality
• make beds and keep units orderly
• label clothing and belongings
• complete admission and discharge inventory lists
• distribute laundry
• clean, sanitize, and label equipment
• transport linen and food trays
• pass meal trays and provide basic tray setup, with feeding assistance only if competency is demonstrated
• support dining-room service and record food intake
• transport patients to dining areas, activities, conferences, and rooms
• clean utility and ancillary spaces
• answer call lights with basic assistance only and no hands-on care
• replenish patient-care articles.
