What you'll do

• Facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• support Agile teams and Scrum practices
• identify and help remove impediments
• partner with Product Owners on user stories and backlog priorities
• track progress and performance using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• support stakeholder communication and reporting on metrics, status, risks, and dependencies
• encourage continuous improvement.
