Barista Shift Lead

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• provide customer service and address concerns
• lead and supervise shift staff, coach the team, and direct workflow
• oversee opening and closing, cleanliness, and food and beverage safety
• manage shift inventory, restocking, and waste
• uphold drink and service standards
• support training of new baristas. Flexible hours may include early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
