The Warehouse Assistant Level II position is onsite in Orangeburg, NY. The stated compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:45 PM, changing after two months to 9:00 AM–5:45 PM. The role supports warehouse and shipping operations in a manufacturing environment. The assistant handles incoming materials, inventory, order picking, packaging, and shipments; loads and unloads trucks; operates a forklift or material-handling equipment safely; and records transactions in the ERP system. The role also maintains warehouse cleanliness and follows safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.

What you'll do

• Remove debris and put away empty pallets
• arrange raw materials in racks
• check incoming merchandise against bills of lading and invoices
• prepare pallets for sterilization and break them down upon return
• pick, wrap, package, and label products
• prepare customer shipments
• load and unload trucks
• maintain forklift readiness and complete the required daily operator report
• issue and return raw materials
• enter ERP transactions
• assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
