Community Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily community operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• show apartments, explain lease terms and process leasing documents
• manage rent collections, deposits and related accounting
• resolve resident concerns
• inspect apartments and common areas
• lead and develop the community team
• review financial and operational reports and implement cost-control and revenue strategies
• monitor local market conditions
• ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
• lead team meetings and training.
