Early Childhood Assistant Director

The Early Childhood Assistant Director role is onsite in Wagoner, OK. Compensation is $15–$20 per hour. The assistant director supports the Center Director at Joyland Child Development Center in maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children. The role helps ensure curriculum and activities are delivered appropriately, staff meet children’s individual needs, and the center follows quality standards and applicable requirements. It also supports communication with families and the community and helps maintain program goals when center leadership or teachers are absent.

• Assume Center Director and Teacher duties as needed during absences
