This role provides clinical and administrative supervision to the Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioner team, coordinating care and supporting assessments, crisis management, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. It also helps ensure regulatory compliance and contributes to program development and quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to mental health providers
• coordinate with medical staff, the health homes program, Article 29-I administration, and case planning teams
• review and co-sign team documentation
• assign cases and monitor caseloads
• complete case-related and supervisory documentation
• participate in program development, quality improvement, and weekly case conferences
• provide psychotherapeutic support.

Why this role
