What you'll do

• Assist walk-in customers with order requirements, product samples, selections, sales transactions, and payments
• resolve returns and order errors
• process payments, receipts, deposits, reports, customer records, and vendor orders
• enter customer, plant, distribution-center, and replenishment orders
• pull and assemble orders
• check outbound orders
• conduct inventory checks and cycle counts
• receive and unload shipments
• process returns and report damaged shipments
• operate crane and forklift equipment
• maintain displays and a clean, safe facility.
