The Revit Specialist, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing role is onsite in Arlington, VA, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; compensation is not specified. Ayoroa Simmons provides building information modeling, geographic information systems integration, and reality capture services for facility modernization and operations programs. The specialist converts legacy building documentation into Revit-based models and maintains model data and records. This work improves building information for operations, maintenance, and renovation projects while supporting the client’s modernization program.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain 3D Revit models of MEP systems
• convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files to LOD 300+ Revit models
• integrate point clouds, redlines, field verification, and as-built data
• support templates and BIM workflows
• conduct model QA/QC
• maintain metadata and version control
• index drawings and models
• respond to service requests and provide visual deliverables.
