Children’s Sports and Fitness Coach

Job overview

The Children’s Sports and Fitness Coach role is onsite at schools and childcare centers throughout the Dallas area. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. Kidokinetics Dallas runs children’s sports and fitness programs designed to build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and enjoyment of movement.

What you'll do

• Lead sports and fitness classes for children ages 3–12
• teach fundamentals of multiple sports
• follow lesson plans while bringing energy and personality to classes
• create an inclusive environment
• manage groups and adapt activities for different ages and abilities
• set up and break down equipment
• follow safety procedures
• represent the program with school staff, parents, and partners
• travel to program locations throughout Dallas.

Why this role

Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 2:30–5:00 PM is required. Experience working with children and reliable transportation are required. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it is required; college students and recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
