What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and model hospitality
• maintain food, beverage, recipe, and presentation standards
• address guest feedback and complaints
• work with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager
• recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members and managers
• oversee food safety, allergy protocols, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• manage scheduling, labor, inventory, costs, financial reporting, maintenance, cash handling, and loss prevention
• support inclusion, sustainability, waste reduction, recycling, and energy efficiency.
