What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide prompt service
• promote special offers and encourage online reviews
• use a headset or tablet when assigned to drive-thru
• enter orders into the POS system
• process cash and card transactions
• prepare take-out orders and deliver food to tables as needed
• maintain and stock front counter and beverage areas
• clean dining, patio, and restroom areas
• respond to guest concerns and escalate when appropriate
• follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
