What you'll do

• Clean assigned resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas according to community policy
• keep utility and storage rooms orderly
• post hazard signs when needed
• use personal protective equipment when required
• follow chemical safety instructions and keep supplies secured
• monitor and report safety or fire hazards
• report housekeeping and maintenance problems to a supervisor
• maintain resident privacy and respect property.
