Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC-related repairs
• inspect the facility for maintenance and safety issues
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance
• respond to staff requests
• maintain common areas, resident spaces, and exterior grounds
• assist with furniture moves and equipment installation
• monitor supplies
• document work
• coordinate with outside vendors when specialized service is needed.
