The role coordinates service, resolves guest concerns, and supports efficient operations so guests can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

What you'll do

• Oversee front desk operations and supervise Camp Concierges and Night Auditors
• greet and check in guests, assist with transportation to accommodations, and provide camp and amenity tours
• respond to guest needs and resolve guest recovery situations when management is unavailable
• delegate tasks, coordinate meetings, and share local attractions and activities
• reconcile ledgers, process card transactions, and prepare guest billing
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and coaching
• assign accommodations
• support sustainability initiatives and lost-and-found procedures.
