What you'll do
- Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors
- follow site security procedures and emergency response protocols
- respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies
- patrol entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter
- monitor access points and visitor activity
- and prepare clear incident and observation reports. The designated schedule is Monday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
