The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) — Women's Health Clinic role is onsite in Lewiston, ID, and pays a base salary of $125,000–$135,000 per year, plus wRVU production incentives or an optional pure production model. The position joins an established Women's Health Clinic within a regional healthcare organization serving North Central Idaho and surrounding areas. The CNM provides prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, gynecologic, and women's health care in collaboration with an OB/GYN team. The role contributes to coordinated maternity care and patient education, supported by experienced obstetricians, pediatric services, anesthesiology, nursing teams, and a Level II special care nursery.

What you'll do

• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
• conduct routine gynecologic and women's health visits
• manage approximately 15–20 patients per clinic day
• participate in clinic schedules of four to five days per week, with an option for four 10-hour days
• provide call coverage for own patients with physician backup
• collaborate with OB physicians, pediatric services, anesthesiology, and nursing teams
• educate patients and families
• maintain electronic medical records
• and support patient-centered care.
