What you'll do

• Post bank transactions to the general ledger
• monitor cash balances and prepare reconciliations
• process student funding files and resolve discrepancies
• validate billing files, prepare invoices, reconcile billing records, and support sales tax filings
• process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
• assist with financial statements, journal entries, audits, and close processes
• maintain supporting documentation and internal controls.
