What you'll do

• Oversee daily terrain park operations and venue readiness
• support terrain feature construction, maintenance, inspections, and risk management. Partner with Grooming, Snowmaking, Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, and Trail Maintenance. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback. Coordinate labor resources, support budgeting, inventory, and reporting, monitor terrain quality and guest feedback, and support events and resort initiatives.
