The Registered Nurse, Home Care, Weekday Day Shift role is onsite in Exeter, NH, with compensation of $40 per hour, paid weekly. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; optional flexible weekend hours are available. Interim HealthCare provides personalized home care and nursing support. The nurse delivers one-on-one skilled care in a patient’s home, following the care plan to support safety, stability, comfort, and quality of life while communicating with the patient’s healthcare team and family.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home
• administer medications and treatments according to the care plan
• monitor the patient and respond to changes or emergencies
• provide G-tube care and support seizure management
• communicate with the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager
• provide emotional support to the patient and family.
