Engagement Partner

Job overview

The Engagement Partner role is onsite in Bethesda, MD, with pay of $40 per hour. It is part-time, 10–30 hours, with flexible hours and weekend availability. The role supports older adults’ social engagement, interests, and quality of life through companionship and practical assistance. Engagement Partners accompany clients to appointments and outings, participate in hobbies, help with errands and technology, and plan activities in accordance with person-centered principles.

What you'll do

• Provide social and emotional support to older adults

• assist with shopping, errands, video calls, and technology
• organize home spaces

• participate in staff meetings and training.
