The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Laurel, MT, and pays $38–$43 per hour. The nurse supports residents in Laurel Health and Rehabilitation Center’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. The RN provides clinical leadership and direct care, coordinates resident care plans, and works with nursing staff and interdisciplinary partners. What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight
• supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
• administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
• monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
• ensure regulatory compliance
• complete clinical documentation
• participate in admissions, discharges, care conferences, and assessments
• collaborate with providers, therapists, social services, and families.

Why this role

Current active Montana RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing school required; long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute, subacute, memory care, or geriatric experience preferred.
