What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• clean, cut, and marinate ingredients
• use grilling, sautéing, frying, roasting, and baking methods
• monitor cooking temperatures
• operate kitchen equipment
• coordinate order preparation and delivery
• communicate special requests and inventory needs
• conduct taste tests
• follow sanitation procedures and assist with cleaning and storage organization.
