What you'll do

• Maintain an assigned caseload and meet a minimum 65% billable productivity expectation
• conduct or contribute to behavioral assessments and treatment planning
• supervise and coach staff
• analyze clinical data and treatment fidelity
• support individualized crisis-prevention and safety plans
• review assigned incident reports and communicate findings
• deliver Safety-Care training or recertification approximately quarterly
• coordinate with caregivers, educators, Primary BCBAs, and clinical leadership.
