What you'll do

• Lead daily Lead Manager training and roleplay
• conduct accountability checks and weekly check-ins
• interview potential hires
• onboard and train new hires
• review calls and provide actionable feedback
• respond to team questions and recognize performance
• run 90-day pipeline reviews
• participate in leadership meetings
• coordinate monthly contests and incentives
• after 90-day training, maintain 50% of Lead Manager II KPIs, currently two signed contracts and 14 attended appointments per month.
