The Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Program Manager works onsite in Cumberland, RI, full time, for $120,000–$140,000 per year. The role leads global product environmental compliance and sustainability programs across inMusic product lines. The manager ensures products, materials, chemicals, and manufacturing processes meet environmental regulations and customer requirements. Through cross-functional and supplier collaboration, the role manages regulatory and chemical risks and supports sustainable product stewardship initiatives.

What you'll do

• Monitor environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards
• lead compliance programs covering PPWR, RoHS, REACH, California Proposition 65, TSCA, WEEE, and Conflict Minerals
• assess regulatory developments and business impacts
• maintain product regulatory data
• provide customer compliance documentation
• manage substance compliance for materials and products
• evaluate restrictions and exemptions and develop mitigation strategies
• lead and mentor compliance staff
• engage suppliers and support audits and assessments.
