What you'll do

• For prep-cook duties: follow chef-created prep lists
• label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, and sort produce and meats
• measure seasonings and ingredients
• follow nutrition and sanitation standards
• track inventory and coordinate resupply
• store food properly
• monitor food and cooling-room temperatures
• maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen
• assist chefs as needed. For dishwasher duties: care for the dish machine and maintain clean dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware throughout the shift
• follow kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
