What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
• follow site-specific security procedures and respond to emergencies as appropriate
• respond professionally to incidents and resident concerns
• conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter
• monitor access points
