What you'll do

• Direct accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash management
• prepare financial statements and management reports
• monitor profitability and performance indicators
• develop forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow projections
• oversee attorney trust accounts and internal controls
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• supervise billing, collections, and revenue recognition
• advise leadership on planning and growth
• lead and develop accounting staff.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred. Requires seven or more years of progressive accounting and financial management experience and three or more years leading accounting teams. Hybrid work environment and flexible work hours.
