Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) — Flexible Schedule

Job overview

The Behavioral Health Professional role is an onsite position based in Eliot, ME, with in-person services provided throughout Maine. The posting states pay of $21–$28 per hour. Total Care ABA provides in-home and in-school applied behavior analysis services for children with autism and developmental needs. This role provides one-to-one ABA therapy to children, implements individualized treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, and tracks client progress. The work supports children’s communication, social, and daily living skills while coordinating with families and the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
