• Build and maintain executive relationships with regional employers
• conduct company visits to identify expansion opportunities, retention risks, workforce challenges, and other needs
• manage a target-company portfolio
• coordinate with economic development organizations and regional partners
• lead retention and expansion projects through implementation
• maintain company and project information in Salesforce
• monitor industry trends
• support investor engagement
• represent the organization at regional meetings and events
• and contribute to strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement.
