Dementia-Experienced Caregiver — In-Home Care

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, meal and snack preparation, errands or medical appointments, and light housekeeping.
• Patient-specific activities taught by staff may include hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of gait belts or Hoyer lifts.
