What you'll do

• Administer and maintain PLM systems, primarily Siemens Teamcenter
• configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain production and test environments
• support web, enterprise, and database layers
• monitor performance and troubleshoot incidents
• manage environment refreshes and deployments
• assist with features and enhancements
• support engineering users with issue resolution, training, and documentation
• collaborate on ERP, MES, and other integrations
• maintain runbooks and procedures
• work with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
