What you'll do

• Lead community strategies consistent with corporate objectives
• manage labor, occupancy, expenses, and service quality
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• support operational budgets and capital requirements
• maintain regulatory compliance and a safe living and working environment
• liaise with corporate office
• engage in local community activities
• review building construction and preventive maintenance
• conduct marketing activities and oversee move-in and leasing processes.
