Registered Nurse IVF Coordinator

The Registered Nurse IVF Coordinator position is onsite in Provo, UT, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation starts at $28 per hour. The role supports fertility care at Conceptions Fertility, which provides personalized care and treatment options to help people build families. The nurse coordinates diagnostic testing and treatment plans, educates patients, and works with physicians and other clinic staff to implement individualized fertility care. The position also includes participation in an on-call rotation of approximately one week every five weeks, with early morning, weekend, and after-hours call flexibility potentially required.

What you'll do

• Coordinate infertility diagnostic testing and treatment plans
• educate patients and families about treatments, reproductive endocrine disorders, medications, results, and calendars
• perform or assist with infertility-related procedures
• document patient interactions and plan updates in the EMR
• collaborate with providers and clinic staff
• respond to emergencies according to clinic protocols and protect patient privacy.
