Team Leader — Commercial Cleaning, First Shift

The Team Leader works onsite in Burlington, MA, full time, on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., with possible Saturday work; pay is $20 per hour. Imperiall provides commercial cleaning services to corporate, education, industrial, and medical customers. The role assists the Community Leader by covering cleaning assignments when specialists are unavailable and helping ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budgeted hours. It also trains employees to meet quality standards and supports staffing across customer sites.

What you'll do

• Travel between customer sites to cover janitorial duties
• vacuum, mop, remove trash and dust, and clean restrooms
• close buildings to customer specifications
• keep work within budgeted hours
• transport employees to job sites when necessary
• train new and current employees
• maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
