What you'll do

• Clean grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, common areas, leasing offices, and shared amenities
• pick up trash and organize dumpster areas
• help prepare vacant apartments with cleaning and light maintenance
• report maintenance, safety, or security concerns
• perform pressure washing and sweeping
• assist technicians with moving supplies and equipment
• and provide customer service to residents and guests.
