What you'll do

• Develop and execute the Chemical vertical’s strategic plan
• drive profit and loss performance
• identify markets, clients, and technology opportunities
• build executive client relationships
• lead pursuit strategies and proposal development
• represent the company at industry events
• oversee project delivery, quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance
• conduct executive project reviews and corrective actions
• improve project delivery processes
• lead, mentor, and develop teams
• support recruiting, succession planning, and workforce development.
