IT Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve Windows, Mac, application, printer, copier, and scanner issues
• support and configure Windows Server
• manage logged incidents, analyze problems, implement fixes, and escalate when needed
• document requests in the IT service desk system
• install and configure IT equipment
• update and reconcile asset records
• communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues
• provide remote support to users working from home.
