What you'll do

• Assess nursing needs
• implement, evaluate, and modify individualized care plans
• provide direct and indirect patient care
• make initial nursing evaluation visits and reassess needs
• perform nursing procedures within scope of practice
• assign, supervise, and teach clinical personnel
• inform physicians and other personnel of changes
• counsel and instruct clients and families.
