• Operate and monitor bottling and packaging equipment
• load bottles, closures, labels, and other materials

• report mechanical issues and perform trained basic adjustments
• complete changeovers and sanitation
• track packaging inventory
• package and move finished product
• and support cellar operations during harvest as needed.
