What you'll do

• Support clients’ health, safety, and wellbeing during assigned shifts
• assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, personal care, and community involvement
• support personal goals and behavior intervention plans
• administer and document medications when certified
• complete shift documentation and required training
• accompany or transport clients to appointments and errands
• report safety concerns and changes in client condition.
