What you'll do

• Perform preventive and general HVAC maintenance
• install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
• install wires and piping and secure connections
• calibrate thermostats and controls
• inspect motors and belts, lubricate equipment, change filters, and replace worn parts
• repair motors and service steam and hot-water boilers
• monitor chemical composition
• respond to emergencies
• test equipment after repairs
• document faults, deficiencies, time, and materials
• follow safety and cGMP procedures.
