What you'll do

• manage service budgets, warranty claims, and daily job expenses
• enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company standards.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, 3+ years in a supervisory or service manager role, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software and NATE certification are preferred.
