What you'll do

• identify the type of assistance needed and coordinate appropriate responders
• update subscriber data in the designated system
• complete callback queue tasks
• troubleshoot maintenance alarms and home communicator issues
• meet departmental standards for after-call work, handle time, and case quality
• complete required training.
