What you'll do

• Plan project administration and schedules
• coordinate permits, inspections, procurement, fabrication, and subcontracting
• manage budgets, forecasts, cost reports, change orders, invoices, and billings
• conduct jobsite visits and verify work against plans, specifications, and codes
• communicate with customers and project partners
• support BIM coordination, field planning, and closeout
• and mentor assistant project managers and project engineers. The posting requires 5+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience and 3+ years managing commercial construction projects.
