Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Review tenant accounts and rent charges, process payments, and follow up on delinquent accounts
• assist applicants and residents with program requirements and eligibility processes
• conduct income verification
• support leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and recertifications
• maintain resident files
• identify maintenance needs and route work orders
• conduct assigned inspections and document findings
• respond to resident concerns and refer residents to community resources
• monitor lease and program compliance
• prepare reports and deposits
• assist with site audits and perform designated Property Manager duties when assigned.
